Processus de travail d’usine de recyclage des d\u00e9chets de pneu \u00e0 l’huile<\/h2>\n

1.Feed mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res<\/strong>
\nLes mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res peuvent \u00eatre pneumatique des d\u00e9chets \/ d\u00e9chets de caoutchouc \/ des d\u00e9chets plastiques. Toujours nourrir par le chargeur automatique.
\n2.Pyrolysis<\/strong>
\nInclure une chambre de r\u00e9acteur et le catalyseur. Chauffer le r\u00e9acteur par le charbon de bois \/ bois \/ huile \/ gaz naturel. Cette partie va produire l’huile de gaz \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, l’huile, puis un flux de gaz dans le syst\u00e8me suivant.

\ngaz de p\u00e9trole sortir de la chambre du r\u00e9acteur et le catalyseur puis un refroidissement dans cette partie. syst\u00e8me de condensation inclure tuyau condenseur, s\u00e9parateur d’eau d’huile, horizontale condenseur de gaz d’\u00e9chappement et d’un condenseur. Cela rendra le rendement en huile au maximum.
\n4.Waste r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de gaz\u00a0<\/strong>
\nCette partie principalement qui traitent le gaz ne peut \u00eatre condens\u00e9. L’ensemble du processus est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9gulier et \u00e0 haut rendement.
\n5. d\u00e9charge<\/strong>
\nApr\u00e8s l’huile fini se produit, la temp\u00e9rature du r\u00e9acteur peut \u00eatre refroidi, lorsque la temp\u00e9rature tombe \u00e0 40 degr\u00e9s, puis un noir de carbone peut \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par la fa\u00e7on dont tourne automatiquement vers la gauche du r\u00e9acteur. Le noir de carbone va baisser dans la piscine de scories et un convoyeur \u00e0 vis utiliser pour nettoyer la piscine de laitier. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9charg\u00e9 le noir de carbone, nous pouvons d\u00e9charger le fil d’acier. Il est crochet de fil d’acier dans l’auto-alimentation, il suffit de mettre le crochet de fil d’acier dans le r\u00e9acteur, et d\u00e9marrer le moteur, le fil d’acier peut \u00eatre retir\u00e9 facilement, il n’y a pas besoin de travailleurs pour contacter le r\u00e9acteur, il est tr\u00e8s pratique.<\/p>\n
